Save the original notice and make a clear photo or scan. Keep the envelope, attachment, or posting photo too.
Write down when you received it, how it was delivered, who gave it to you, and every date printed on it.
Do not set the notice aside. Read it carefully and use an official legal-aid or court resource to understand what it says.
Start one folder for your lease, payment records, messages, repair requests, photos, notices, and court papers.
